I purchased credits for SWTOR. I never received them. I spent hours with that chat support. Finally i was told they sent them, they are finished. They sent screenshots that do not show the server. Since i never received my credits, I assume they sent them to the wrong server. They basically called me a liar. PayPal would not help. They always side with the seller with virtual goods. DO NOT BUY from these guys. They don't care about customer satisfaction, and would not even admit it was possible they made a mistake. I wasted my money.
