I purchased a deluxe thermowell system. When I received it at my home I plugged it in and it quickly began to smoke and fire truck down from the ceramic bulb and it hasn't worked sense.I contacted the company for a exchange or refund explaining that I was sent a different defective product. And they refused to respond to me. This company is just a scam. It took my $200 sent me a defective product and refused to provide an authorization to return. I would never buy anything from them again and neither should you.
