There is a man living in Africa in a country called Cameroon in Limbe city and has been known to use Yaounde city as well. This man is known for numerous scams.He uses different email address under phoney company names to pull off these notorious crimes. He is indeed considered an international criminal. This mans name is Ngum Felix Fai. He is responsible for using social network's such as Facebook and eBay and classified ads on the worldwideweb. Some of the scams in which Mr Ngum Felix Fai has had his hands in are as follows. One woman made a complaint on scam book saying that woman she meet on eBay was selling a dog for the amount of 160.00$ her name is Moneeka Hawkins email [email protected] telephone #92466503 and 92466502 the woman believes that Hawkins was using a phone she believed wasn't able to call back. The scam was she was to purchase a dog for $160.00 and when money was sent from western union mtcn# 5535352940 that she received no dog after waiting 6 weeks for delivery. Then she got a call from a man named Ngum Felix Fai claiming he needed more money for a crate to ship the dog .She gave the extra none and no dog no money no phone calls she put her complaints on scam book. By the way the email for that scam was [email protected] was eBay classified ad id#24662708.Ngum Felix Fai was the receiver for the money. Mr. Ngum Felix Faihas resently been on Facebook under the name Yang Lee and his female assistant Hawkins under the name Lara Johnson. They were trying drugs medical supply drugs like hgh.When someone set up a purchase in order to expose them they gave the money to be sent to once again Ngum Felix Fai from western union. Ngum Felix Fai has been under scams claiming to be an Exporter of India for palm tree oil which is one of Cameroon s mager exports. The name Ngum Felix Fai is a registered name at a school named Poly tech Bambi. Either this is the man in question or he is a or a victim of identity theft. The emails known to be used by Ngum Felix Fai resently are genuine hgh products @ gmail.com and quality [email protected] Felix Fai was at the National Poly tech Bamenda school in 2013-2014.The schools email is [email protected] and phone is (237)99973310 /(237)77558334.The schools address is mile 7 Nkwen.Bamenda p.o. box 1136 N.west region Cameroon Africa.Mr. Ngum Felix Fai has made a bogus complaint against a person who has presently exposed him on scam book.Well its to bad for this scammer because he had finally ripped off the wrong person . A U.S. Marine has reported him and since to his false complaint on his computer in which it gives off a signal called SBID#bcdb3a94d this is the signal Google uses to track the person and position using the device at that time. The American Authorities has been alerted to Mr Ngum Felix Fai. They plan on extremely harsh action.
