I had started working for this company in june 2006 i started as a retail merchandiser on the reset crew working 32 hr 2wks of the month and 24 the other 2 wks totally a 104 hours at a pay rate of $11.00 an hour later on down the line i had been bumped up to $11.25
the one day at a company meeting i had been rudely called out of this meeting to talk to veronika about coming on to a new team called the white wave team when told how many sore it would consist of i pretty much didnt want to but they said i had no choice so i tried to do my best this posistion caaused me alot of stress driving in everyday la traffic working over time and not being paid working and not making money now im losing money after a suppose promotipn
i had been losing money with the high costs of gas and being only paid 31mielage when state law is 55cents i now at 500 mi or even more am paying out of my own pocket also the company would send me large boxes to my moms address where my mail is delivered which till this day im still paying for storage costs 3yrs later at 67.00 a month also the company pays other employees doing the same type of work more money an hour and i feel acosta is to pay me for the money of storage fees also for my losing my bank account due to over draft fee s which would end up costing me my whole check to pay back my supervisor would forget to deposit payroll in time and my account would be acquiring excess charges acosta has been sued for for this before a class action suit won to us
