I returned all products (3 out of 4) that they told me to return with their return information and code. I paid 4.95 for shipping for this free trial. I returned all this within their time frame for a refund. They did receive the merchandise. THey refuse to give me my full refund because they said I didn't return the empty jar that they originally told me I did not have to return. They said just return the unused product which I did. They say they are crediting my card with half the refund because I didn't send them the empty jar which was used for the trial and was told not to send back. Even 3out of four would have entitled me to 3/4 of a refund. Although then I am paying for my "free trial". I asked to speak to the warehouse that received the three bottles and they said I couldn't. I said I wanted the name of the president of the company and they wouldn't give it to me. I told them they had an "f" rating with the BBB and they said that was a lie. I finally got to talk with a manager who wouldn't do anything. I didn't get anywhere. Very frustrating. I would not recommend their product nor their company.
