Jennifer Gerlach was found liable under Complaint at Law for Breach of Contract, Breach of Fiduciary Duty and Fraudulemt Misrepresentation in a case involving false emails generated by her, forges documents from ficticious investoers and a host of other fraudulaent schems of a kind she had perpertrated upon many others in similar fashion. She was convicted of felony fraud and forgery in 2014 on another similar case. She is a sociopath and can not be trusted at all. She seems to prey primarily upon good intentioned entrepreneurs. Watch out for her. She is sophisticated, cunning and utterly remorseless.
