I saw a pop-up on my cell about this products for 4.99 each and ordered them from my cell. I guess maybe because my cell screen was small, the terms might be hid in some box. I did not notice any warning for a potential $93 and $99 charges (trust me, I actually looked for specific terms). This vendor did not send me order confirmation email. There was no receipt in the shipping box as well. When I saw my credit card was charged for $200 ($93, $99 plus shipping). I called the company immediately to cancel it. I received cancellation email immediately (this meant the company has my correct email address, but they purposely chose not to send me order confirmation email). I offered to refund the products which I had not opened yet at that time. But the company refused to take their products back. Also when I disputed the charges with my credit card company. The vendor told my credit card company that they had their 14 day refund policy in their order confirmation email and on packing receipt. They even said they had verification of my receiving their email. It was a total lie!

In addition, I tried their products now. They did nothing (there is no single sign of improvement) to my skin after a few months.

I saw so many complaints. This company definitely is a scam.
