I paid what was supposed to b e 29.95 to update out of date drivers. The rude, and incomprensible man on the other end was giving me instructions I couldn't make out becuase he talked so fast. The updates didn't load he said it was because my computer was infected. He said for 49.95 they would remotely fix it. I said no. He got nasty with me and hung up on me. I called discover to learn that I have to wait 3 days to dispute charge. They also had charged me $10 more than the website said. What a bunch of jerks. This is a scam!
