And the users says that he never received the money, now STP don't want to get involved or take responsibility of anything... they're claims for a lot of verification documents and it's horrible the amount of time lost... this is frustrating

- This transaction was taken care of for the above complainant and all their funds were returned with no fees. It is unfortunate that the complainant did not follow through and advise that SolidTrust Pay did indeed get involved and assist fully.
