After seeing the ad given by celebrity, Oprah Winfrey,I ordered the free trial with my paying the $4.95 shipping fee. The product did nothing for my skin that I could notice. Received a call saying they were going to ship more product. Told them I did not want it. They sent an RA number for return. When I got my bank statement they charged me the shipping, $4.95 + $4.95, $239.89, $99.90. I called and talked with rude Bill. He said I should have read every detail on line. I only had 14 days from shipping date to try the product. Bill s s us my RA will be processed W/I 30 days of receipt. Big scam. There was no free product. I want my money back. We need to tell everyone!
