I wanted to try only the £250.00 demo, but eventually the account manager drew extra £3000.00 without my permission, and I was forced into either trading, or giving up my money, so I traded, and lost everything.
After many emails with little or no response, asking for my money back, I threatened to bring in the Financial Ombudsman.
I now have received an offer of £1000.00 to be put into my account, free of charge, to enable me to continue trading, and hopefully, to win my £3000.00 back, what should I do ? Trade, and possibly lose again, or keep on trying to get a refund.
I have temporarily said OK to trading,( on the telephone ) but that I am not entirely happy.
