Last month on 05/14/2015 general subscriptions called me on this number (612) 354-5009 and said I was eligible for a discount because I was a good costumer. I said yes sure and the person got my information about my age and other personal info. After the person started talking really really fast and at the end he said my new total will be $1168 and then that person hung up the phone really fast. I called the number back somebody pick up the phone and hung the phone up really fast and after that, I called that number 10 times and that person was doing the same thing. I went to there website and called other number and spoke with the manager and she was laughing and said she didn't understand how I was confused and didn't understand what the salesman saidI told her I was not happy and I want to cancel she said that I can't cancel because I agreed to a contract and I said but I did not sign a contract I agree but I didn't sign so I should be able to cancel because I felt like I was being scammed I told her I was not happy and I want to cancel she said that I can't cancel because I agreed to a contract and I said but I did not sign a contract I agree but I didn't sign so I should be able to cancel because I felt like I was being scammed.
