I write to complain of the non receipt of the special bonus gift product for which I was debited the sum of $2.97 (£1.97) & $3.98 (£2.65) on 03/07/2015 & 04/07/2015 respectively. This is despite an email that I should expect it with 7-10 days. The special bonus gift offer of a bottle of the product was received through a promo offered to me as a user of Virgin Broadband as I never approached their website to make any purchase.
Surprisingly, when I cancelled I got a message that I will be debited $89.93 if I do not return a product that was never delivered in the first instance.
I called their Customer service and I was speaking to an advisor who apart from being unhelpful also rudely hung up the phone on me.
This company is a fraud and people should beware of them.
