I have ordered A Korean Smart phone, But they sent me a China made piece of garbage. i complaint, and returned the package. they check it and found me correct(Confirmation email). but instead of giving me my ordered item they return the wrong item to me. i have called 10 times, emailed them but they refuse to pay my remedies. i also request them to return my money back. they also refuse to do so.
