SCR collected 499.00 to resolve my student loan default. Lucas Carter was the sales person who promised I had no worries about my loans and promised a 0 payment for 25 years. The very next day after debiting my account he told me this was not the case and I would have to provide reams of financials and renegotiate the terms every 12 mos. He also wanted my wife's financials who is not on the loan. This is not happening. They will not return calls or emails..... I'm out 499.00
