2. I heard about the company form a friend that saw it in Facebook. She knew I wanted to work like a real estate agent so she forwards it to me. I wasn’t expecting them to contacted me the next day after I applied for the job I was like wow really that fast haha. The interview was in a group with 4 more people, easier for me since not all of the attention is going to be just for me. They asked us the same questions each one. We had to answer them in terms – you know, like what is your contact details and why you apply for this job, when can you start, your availability and surprisingly there was 1 question that I did not expect to get – how much money you would like to make, well it is usual to negotiate a salary, but the difference here is that you have the possibility to make your own money, the more you “sell” the better it is for you – you get more money, more recognition aand well it might sound cheesy but it is a self development process so... How do I know this? Because I have been approved the same day for the position, there were some brokers when I got there, pretty scary to take on a house and try to rent it, when you see people surrounding you do it so fast and so well, but nothing could help me I wanted to do this thing for a very long time now I had the chance to. They explained to me that I had to take a training period – inside the company of course, I was down to it, but oh man they seriously know how to treat their clients and as well colleagues. But that job is hard, I never expected it to be this hard, no matter how good you are there is always something popping up at the last moment and you just have to deal with it, a client backs off or he is not happy with something, you have to negotiate. I am telling you this was a reaaaal challenge, now working with people has always been hard, but this is something else. I naturally got into staying more so I can develop faster than the others and I did, now I am one of the regulars, I remember that a month ago, as I started I rented 17 rooms for the past 20 days. For me that is impressive and my wallet also loves what I am doing so I cannot complain hehe. I would definitely recommend it, lots of people are talking if it is a scam or not, but that is just talk, when you start making money.. well you just cant help but laugh at people who think it’s a fake job.
