I was contacted by someone claiming I had a payday loan with insight capital on 1/8/2011. I have never had a payday loan. When I asked for the information I was told they could not give it to me. I could settle it by paying them or they would take me to court. I called the number they called from several times and they still refuse to give me any information other then insight capital llc.
