can’t believe that there are so many negative reviews about this scam company yet they are still in operation. I should have seen all the tell tale signs but I guess I was lured in with all their promises of money back guarantee.

Firstly, the sale sign has been there for ages, it never changes. Then the price that they show you for your logo is not transparent and changes through the ordering process to up sell you. So it might say £35 only but you end up spending £60.00, for VAT, black and white copies etc. These options only come up after you have imputed your detailed instructions about the logo and so it’s almost too late to change your mind.

The website promises that you have a devoted designer that you can talk to on the phone but that is not the case. Instead you have a live chat with someone who is not helpful. You then get really bad designs and you have to give them very detailed instructions on how to change it. Almost like you are holding their hand. After I became fed up with their poor designs I requested a refund and this is when I realised that the company was doggy. I received endless emails asking me to give them another try. Finally, after persisting, I received an email saying that my refund will be processed in 21 days. 21 days have gone and I am still waiting for my refund. I have emailed them several times and now when I call them as soon as I mention the word refund the phone cuts off. Please, Please, Please don't touch them. They are a nasty company. I am still doing all I can to ensure I get that refund back. The only good thing that has come out of this is that I now know to scrutinise a company by checking their reviews and that they are registered in the UK before ever attempting to use them.
