Sometime end-May or early-June 2015, I entered into a free trial with this company. After receiving the product in June 2015, a customer rep from Luminique called to ask if I was interested to continue with membership where a monthly charged will be made. I said "no" that I was happy with just the initial free offer and I was not interested with a membership and was not interested to buy more products.

After a month (31 July 2015), I was charged AU$95.89 in my bank account. Called to complain with Luminique and was told that I did not call the correct department in Luminique to cancel my membership - funny because my membership never started in my discussion with the customer rep. Was told that the AU$95.89 cannot be cancelled but they will reduce my next charge in August 2015 from $95.89 to something like $29 which was absurd because they have already charged me for nothing. In the end, I was told to cancel my "membership" and was advised that there will be no further charges - this is something I will need to check again to make sure this pans out. I believe Luminique is a SCAM - please avoid this company and its products.
