My daughter thought she was at the government website when she Googled FAFSA. She used our credit card to pay without realizing this not the government site and it should be free. We tried calling the company at 877-207-3254 the number they provide to immediately cancel this transaction and was put on infinite HOLD without ANY opportunity to speak to an actual person.
