We bought shoes from fred perry Egypt- Cairo Festival city, and after a month the shoes have been torn! We went to the shop, the salesman got the receipt and requested from us to leave the shoes till he sends a complaint to his company, he promised to reply within three working days , however he never replied, and when we were tracing him, he kept asking to wait till the next day...and no reply till date! Really it is a shame from a reputable company thst should respect its clients, specially that the items are considered to be expensive....
