I joined the dating site "Ourtime" for three months and turned off my auto renewal feature, initially. They automatically renewed it, for an additional three months. One day after they auto renewed me I discovered what had happened and I hid my profile. The next day I called ourtime and asked why they had auto renewed, they stated I had never turned it off (which was untrue). I had sent a message to a guy, before I realized it had been auto renewed, but I hid my profile to show them I did not want to remain on the site. They would not offer a refund.
In my profile I stated "check your auto renew button, I had turned mine off, but was still renewed. Draw your own conclusion...." Ourtime continues to remove it and put something in my profile I did not write or authorize. When I called to ask why I was told since that area is only supposed to be about you, that comment was banned. It either needs to be left blank or be about you. I am not being derogatory about them and fail to understand why they keep writing a profile on me that I DO NOT APPROVE. Please help.
