I was billed $19.95 for a $2.49 vehicle history. Site is a scam. Probably a phishing scam as well. The site requires home address including stree, city, state and zip, email address and phone #.advertises as free, then wants one dollar, then increases the amount to $2.49. I paid using an online card. Then they charged the account $19.99.
