I received a blue screen in my laptop. I called these people and they said they were Microsoft PinPoint employees. Initially, I spoke with "Harry" he asked me for all sorts of information and showed me the viruses my laptop "supposedly" had. He originally gave me the price of 149.95 and then wanted to add some other "lifetime" services for a total of 299.95. I refused! Since he was not a tech, he transferred me to a "Mark" the certified tech. Mark called me on different occasions to ask if the issues had been resolved. They DO NOT accept credit card, only E-transfer. Once, 2 hours had gone by, they called me to let me know my comp had been fixed. I restarted and logged on, only to encounter the same blue screen error. My computer was NOT fixed!!!!
