Through the website ad, in July 2015, I ordered free sample of the skin cream and eye gel and paid shipping of less than $5 per order. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged $97.83 & $92.79 the next following month (August) and didn't even know it. It wasn't until Sept. 2, 2015, receiving a pkg. in the mail, another order of the skin cream with an invoice stating "subscription" and another charge of $97.83. I never authorized a subscription with this co. I am a careful shopper and find myself reading the "fine lines" before I click complete on any order. Not realizing the charges in August, I proceeded to call the customer service to demand a full refund. However, I got a sales rep. who kept offering me a 50% discount to keep the product if I continue my subscription. Why in the name of... would I want to continue doing business with a company who is misrepresents their offers??!! Finally, I got their supervisor to refund the full amount charged $97.83 (Sept. invoice), which will take approx. 7-10 days. Afterwards, I called my issuing credit card bank to inform them the scam. To my surprise and shock, I discovered the other two unauthorized charges made back in August. MY WORD OF ADVISE... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
