Ordered this product as a free trial for $4.95 shipping charge. They then proceeded to charge me 99.90 for this bogus product. Two months later, they again charged my bank account for another shipment. Called the company and they gave me the information for returning the product and reimbursed 1/3 of the original 99.90. Advised me that refund for the returned product would be 30-50 days. It has now been over 90 days and calling them twice a week has accomplished nothing. They continue to state "any day now" and will not transfer my call to a supervisor or to the department responsible for reimbursements. Seem to get the same "customer service" rep every time I call regardless of the time of day. Even threats of lawsuit has done nothing. Need help!!!
