An unauthorized amount was charged to my bank card by Thetrubodyinc possibly an agent of Biotrim Labs. I did not received any invoice from either party but only an sms alert from my bank that a sum was charged. I have no idea what the product is and immediately despatched an email within the hour to cancel the order. But the company didn't respond and after 2 days i get an email saying the order has been processed n shipped n cannot be cancelled, although i had already made the cancellation immediately.
I haven't been able to contact the company since n have not received any products
