They sent out a letter from: PO Box 661, 295 Ridge Rd N, Ridgeway, ON, L0S 1N0
claiming to predict the lottery. Stating explicitly that NO payment is due until after the lottery is won. After I responded they sent me a bill, again stating that I needed only to pay only after I had won the lottery. But then they started sending me harassing letters claiming that I owed them money, threatening me with a collector agency. On the later letters, they showed a Buffalo, NY, USA address. One from Medalis, some of them came with the letterhead of Madame Mirrot. (It seems they got their madams mixed up too.)
There are already 3 earlier complaints on this website, but they were not linked. It seems to be impossible to respond to them.
