My 18 yr old mistakenly took this website to apply for her husbands visa; was charged $240.00 and then realized her mistake. We called them and they offered to reimburse only half because of a exclusionary clause which she could not read since she speaks little English.
I tried to get copy of same but can not reach the web site.
