I called about receiving help in downloading a photo adapter. After talking to a women for a very short time, she said I needed to purchase a "solid tech" support service. I kept saying "no," but she told me I could get my money back if I was not satisfied. So I purchased the product. I started having trouble with them almost immediately. They would take control of my computer, work on it for a few minutes, and then leave it for hours. It was very difficult to get through to them on the phone. When I did get someone to answer, he would tell me that he would get back to it in a few minutes. Again, they would leave my computer "waiting for agent" for hours at a time. (time when I could not use my computer.) This happened many, many times. They called me a few times to ask to work on it again (even after 11:00 PM on a Sunday night!) I called, and when I could finally get someone to answer, I told them to cancel my transaction. I talked to someone at least three time about the cancellation, and nothing was ever done. I have sent four e-mails with no response. This company is horrible.
