First of all payment was never authorized, Second if my records had been checked, you can clearly see I had already purchased your products earlier in December. After calling Advangate I talked to one of you operators and was told not to worry, the payment was returned, I filed an unauthorized noticed, with my Bank, and was told, by someone in your that the payment was authorized by me, so nothing can be done about this. I am still not satisfied I would like to know if i have lost my money, so I will no, what steps to make. I no refund I request proof my name is taken off pay list.
