Since December, a company called Complete Save www.completesave.co.uk have been withdrawing £15 monthly from my credit card account without my knowledge or permission. When I try to contact them they request a membership number which I do not possess- since I did not ask for it in the first place. When I got through to them they said I had activated membership through a purchase with the Trainline. I do not recollect and most certainly did not ask Complete Save to withdraw £15 a month from my account since last September without my permission! This is a scandal and why the Trainline have anything to do with these people I do not understand. Their reputation is damaged by this too. It is owned by a man named Frank Collins and Cassie Collins, formerly Cassie Sercombe
