12/18/15 I went to uggaustralia.com and placed an order for UGG Boots. The site looked like the real UGG site.

1/3/16 I received an email from [email protected] with a tracking number for the UGG boots that I ordered.

1/4/16 I received a COUNTERFEIT pair of UGG boots in an UGG box with the UGG packaging and UGG cards enclosed.

1/5 - 1/11/16 I have replied to their 1/3/16 email 4 times and asked for return information ie. address, phone number because the boots don't fit.

1/20/16 Someone named Yuamy replied "Hi, we always contact customers by emails, so that we can keep the info, and it will be easier for us to check.
If you have any question, pls send PM to us,thanks!"

1/20/16 hi,we checked tht your tracing number is LS401390008CN your parcel has already been delivered, if you still don't have it,you should check with your families or neighbors to see if someone signed it for you,if not,pls contact your local post office immediately.

1/20/16 and 1/26/16 I emailed them again and asked for return information or their web address.

1/27/16 hi,we sent your order as you requested,and we could not accept return if it was not our fault,

1/27/16 I replied... Why won't you give me your address? The boots do not fit. I want to return them and get a different size. I can't find your website to re-order them. Your website did not say no returns.

We just do honest and reputable business.We do want to have a long term business with you.
as you know, international returning will cost a lot and the parcel may get lose in the way back and we will have to wait a long time to receive it and then make the next move. it is really not worth doing. after all, the item is in good condition, isn't it??
For avoiding the high shipping cost, here I have an idea for you.
Is the wrong item will suitable for someone?
I mean your family or friends.
Why not present it as a gift to them?
Then you can order a correct for yourself from our web.
We prefer to giving you some discount when you order again,OK

2/1/16 I replied...This is ridiculous. I could have sent them back when I first contacted you a month
ago and had the new ones by now. They are in good condition but they run small. They will not fit me either. My daughter is so upset. She's been waiting for the boots for 6 weeks. What is your website? I will tell her to pick out another pair. What is the
discount?

2/9/16 I have not gotten a reply so I sent them this email....You have not answered my email from last week. I am not satisfied with your customer service. All I want is to get the right size boots for my daughter or get my money back. That is so simple but you are not cooperating. This is fraud behavior. Are you a fraud?
If not, send me a refund of $91 USD.

My bank said they can't file a dispute since I don't have anything that shows what I was supposed to receive like a picture or receipt. So there is no proof that I didn't get what I ordered. I didn't get any confirmation after the purchase.
I filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) on Jan. 12, 2016 and [email protected]
