I fully informed Mel of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. Mel explained to me that they are a 3rd party billing center and that they simply do the billing for other merchants. Mel provided me with a direct email address: [email protected] where the correct party to address this kind of matter would be able to be contacted. I sent a detailed email and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.
