I wish I had researched this website before placing my order! I ordered a pair of sandals because they had the best price (won't do this again without looking for complaints). After attempts to cancel the order and no response, I have filed with PayPal. I followed the online process, but after reading all the scam complaints I contacted PayPal by phone. PayPal has escalated the date and has advised me to call back if I receive the pencil, bracelet or other scam merchandise. The PayPal rep did not seem to indicate that they are aware of the multiple complaints, but I did suggest that they look closer. Hopefully they will refund my money and there will be further action against this individual. This is my first scam and I'm pretty angry to think that people can get away with this!
