My mother is 86 years olds, she was scammed in to giving them her banking information for medical,dental and prescription discount that she does not need. I discovered this my checking her bank account and when i asked her she did not remember giving anyone that information. I called the company to cancel and get her money refunded, I have spoken to them on several occasions the most recent today and was told of course the refund was turned over to investigation the last time I called in Febuary and that I should have called back within 7 days to report that the refund had not come through. In the end I was told it would be escalted and to call back in 7 days if the refund is not there, I asked for the companys number since this is a third party and he said he could not give out the company's number. He tried to turn the tables and make me feel like it was my fault and hung up on me.
