I just received a letter in the mail with a check for the total of $3,940.00. Supposedly from the desk of the managing director of prize award department. This letter looks so legit with reference numbers and file numbers, confirmation numbers and lucky numbers. Supposedly they've tried to contact me for the last three months and no one has submitted a winning form??? So they enclosed this check from South County Associates, Inc and it's to cover the insurance and processing charges of $2,887.32. I'm suppose to contact Martin Young at 1-866-699-6154 to activate the claim and its signed Anita Matthews Vice President Global Operations.
