They charged my card then provided me with a personal landline number of someone who was not connected to verizon (the service that prison call solutions said they used) or prison call solutions at all. This company is a SCAM!!! They will not give me a refund, they continually hang up on me and they now have stopped answering or calling me back! Do not use EVER!
