I started working for kopf&luebben on 3/9/2012 everthing was fine until payday came,thats why I started investigating this company and to my surprise I found kopf&luebben on scambook.I did everything exactly as I was instructed to the letter so why wasnt I paid,because this company is nothing but a scam.I dont know whats going to happen because I still have several pkgs. that havent been shipped and whats even more strange is I have lost all contact with kopf&luebben.I want some answers to a few questions like where is my check I was told was mailed 3/29/2012,and why dont these people want their merchandise that I still have and what am I supposed to do with it.I would like to hear from anyone who has been scam by kopf&luebben maybe togather we can come closer to figuring this out

I was scammed by Kopf & Luebben.

I started to work for them on 3/5/12 and was to get paid on 3/21/12 but never received a pay check for 1881.00. My initial emails were to Kristof Rothstein, HR manager [email protected] and while on scambook someone mentioned the General manager Marc R [email protected]. Marc will eventually respond to your message but will not mention or respond once you've mentioned your compensation

I was told that i would receive 7 packages on 3/23/12 and labels for the current packages. Right now an iPad, Mac book pro, projector, high end clothes, and 2 digital cameras are sitting in my house (since the week 3/19-3/23) and yet no pay check or any labels have been sent to me.

After doing some investigation, Kopf & Luebben is a real company based in germany, however they dont outsource quality control positions to random people. Officials with kopf & Luebben emails are @Kopf-luebben.com, however the people that we have been dealing with emails are @kopfluebben.com. notice no dash in between the name. if its apart of the company, everything will be fluid and the same for all officials, especially HR Managers, and GM's.

Now that you have this post, please be aware that there are individuals who will come and debunk what you are saying, stating they work for the company and they get paid biweekly. But ask yourself, why would happy employers seek out their company on scambook.com, then make a profile, wait till its approved to post a comment. I contacted a lawyer and he states that there really isnt much legal actions that can take place because its "based" in germany.

Many will come and say you must have done something wrong, when in fact you did nothing wrong. how can you go wrong. I was told I did something wrong but sent all the email correspondence and still have not been paid. What marc will say to you is that you are under investigation for not sending packages. its just to prolong your excitement for getting paid.

Kopf & Luebben america is in fact a scam.. and there are others like it, like U.S. Logisitics, and World Logisitics. Those are real companies but fake people using their name to get fake business. Its like there is a real UPS, but i start up a fake business and call it working for UPS, but my email address is [email protected] where as UPS employers email addresses are simply [email protected]. its not against the law from what i hear to take a company name and alter it just a little bit and run with it.

I'm sorry you are yet another victim. Surely I hope that post like this was around long before I started to do it (though I looked and looked for weeks and found nothing, which is why i thought it was legit).. If I don't receive labels and/or my compensation for the work that I have done, within 30 days of my receiving my last package, Im surely going to sale some of the items to get my money back from this fake company that is constantly scamming people.

Be sure however to keep every single email, label, compensation report etc, because in the event that a law suit can be filed, you can be among the many to join. oh and the number that they call from is a magic jack number...
