i too was sent the same flimsy card with no where to purchase anything. no catalog, website, my brother and mom were in the union, so i thought it was ok, i never tried to use it until this last year whith no one to call or go to so i ignored it this time, ill never trust anything anymore,i'm out so much and feel so used and imbarrassed, it's humilating...
