I did apply for this loan but when they called to confirm I turned the loan down on the phone. Then the money without my concent was put into my account. I then turned around and Faxed as stated in their agreement to have the money removed. However they just keep taking and overdrawning my account so i have had over 400.00 in NSF which makes other payments overdrawn which now I have over 1000 in overdraft fees. I have tried to contact the company which has a recording saying they will call, but that has not happened. Help where do i go from here?
