This is a online casino, they have taken unauthorized money out of my account, besides their slots don't pay well, and if you do get lucky and make money you can't cash it out, or should I say 2 months later accounting is still verifying the payout. If you e-mail them you get a response that says someone will contact you within 1 business day, that doesn't happen either. They took a lot of extra money out of my account, then when I filed a complaint with the bank, they wanted to speak to me. Antonio spoke to me and said they would make this right, but he wanted me to withdraw the complaint with the bank, naturally they had reversed a couple charges back, then nothing, I am thankful the bank person advised me not to withdraw the complaint. I had to cancel my atm card on every account I had, and they still kept taking money out of my accounts, matter of fact, they not only took out of my wells fargo accounts, they also took unauthorized money out of my Chase account too, even after I changed that atm card too,PLUS I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO USE THEIR SITE, I COULDN'T EVEN LOG IN, I COULDN'T EVEN PULL UP MY HISTORY, WHICH WAS ALTERED. How do they do that and how does the bank allow that? So I had to file a dispute at Chase bank too, then Chase bank credits the money to me, they resolve some charges, so they take it out of my account, without crediting the money to me first, so I'm now paying the bank not the online casino--what the heck).Now I have to call the bank, I haven't heard a thing. Another thing Antonio told me he would take care of all these disputes, plus he put 2150.00 into my account, and told me I could play it, cash it out, do whatever I wanted, and if I cashed it out he would wire it to my bank within two days, I PLAYED A LITTLE THEN CASHED IT OUT, I had 2150.00--that was the first week of January , this is now april-nothing what a liar--these people lie, cheat, steal>DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. Oh yea, one time, one of their sister casinos, changed the amount of credits I had. When I logged off I had 854.00 in credit, when I went back in, I had 342.00 in credits. I called about it, even spoke to supervisor, she told me I was mistaken. I know what I had, cause I had already gotten through my play through, which is very hard to do, and I was ahead, I know what I had in credits, that was at slots plenty, I took them off my computer-I didn't realize all these others were associated together.I' M SICK OF BEING LIED TO CHEATED, AND SCAMMED. I JUST HATE WHEN SOMEONE TELLS YOU THEY WILL FIX IT AND MAKE IT RIGHT, AND THEN CHEAT YOU MORE AND DON'T DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I COULD GO ON AND ON, BUT YOU GET THE PICTURE. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LYING CHEATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT TO KNOW WHO OVERSEAS THESE ONLINE CASINOS, REGULAR CASINOS HAVE GAMING COMMISSIONS, WHO REGULATES THESE ONLINE CASINOS??I REALLY NEED TO SPEAK TO THEM.
