Purasilk scam

Ordered then googled, obviously the wrong way round.
I was sent an RMA number by e-mail on Good Friday, this took 4 days to arrive, which is only valid for 7 days having not yet received the cream from an order on the 3 April the RMA has now also timed out, if the cream arrives they can come a get it as I am not wasting any more of my money sending it back, also cancelled my debit card, after reading this site
This is supposed to be the customer help line for Purasilk +44 (0) 20-3514-9445 (sent by Natural Health Network) it rings 1.5 times and goes dead other products on this so called help line are Avilean, slimvida, alluria, bioslim I am sure there is more out there, all are the same scam, they offer a good deal only to get your card details, then have exceptionally difficult T&C's to comply with, so you always fall fowl of at least 1 payment of £75. Due to the way they lay down their T&C's which are not that obvious or visible on their web pages, they can legally take the money as they will ship you the products, which are only worth a fraction of what you pay them.
There was also another one "(ré)print/reprint Intensive Age Defying Cream/Serum", I for got my wife was scammed,a years ago, but she has been using the cream saying its OK, which she paid big time for, which i have now seen on E-bay for £5 ? bit of a difference to £75
