Just like everyone else, I was in need of a loan but did not have the proper credit to be quallified. I found this company online. Seen all the reviews, as well as the fact that they have a Chamber of Commerce logo on their page stating that they are affiliated with them. I signed up and out of the 10 that they had given me to apply to, only 3 were available to me in my area. When I tried to get the refund, they stated that I had to mail in all 10 denials. That is impossible for me to do seeing how I could only apply for 3, which denied me. I have been in an email battle with them daily to get my refund and just like everyone else, you cannot call them. They argue every email and come up with excuses. I've copied and pasted their "guarentee refund". I will not give up on emailing them several times a day. They need to know what they are doing is wrong and stick to their word of a refund!!
