Just got off the phone with PayPower.... and to them the customer is never right. I signed up to use their services in 2011 to see what they were all about. My biggest thing was that I did not want to use a prepaid card if I was going to be charged monthly. I called PayPower to see what card would best serve me and they suggested to use the one I purchased. little did I know that they suggested a card that had a monthly charge. (I guess that's what you get for trusting a company who has little knowledge on their product and little care for customer service) Do not use this company or trust what they know. If the person that you are dealing with get stumped on a question they will keep passing you to someone until PayPower can come up with a response. They don't try to make wrongs right. Don't even deal with this Company!!!!
