I Like Many others responded to the Radio Add on Grocery Savings of 2,000.00. Sounded great!!! especially in this economy!!! I called gave my Credit Card info. they tried to sell me other stuff as well..but after 15 min or so they said I was all set... I waited & nothing...I checked my statement they took the money But nothing in the mail. I called & they tried to tell me they didn't take the money off my Credit Card! When I told them they Did & I had Proof I must have talked to 4 or 5 people..When they finally admitted that they did take the money they said they would send the packet right out!! I told them "NO THANK YOU!" I wanted a Refund. She said ok. It will take 3 - 5 Business days. I waited. & nothing. I called Back. Went through the samething again! they tried to deny they took the money! AGAIN! I told them this is the Second time I called & I want My money back! They said they would send out the form I need to fill out to get the refund..Well..NOTHING!!! I called back again!!!! Went through the samething again!!!! When I told them I was getting a Lawyer to get my money The woman yelled & swore at me! called me a loser! told me to get a Job & a life! Really Lady!!!! I just want My Money YOU SCAMED FROM ME!!! I still have not received my refund! No paperwork either!!! No Packet!!!! These People should be ashamed of themselves preying on people in this economy when all we are trying to do is save Money anyway we can. We have to feed our Families & Pay Bills! Shame on you AMERICAN VALUE GROCERY!!!!!! I want my money back! & Money for the frustration & aggrivation!!!!! Your a Liar!!! Unprofessional!!! & You Will Pay For what you are doing to People!!!! So After A day I called Back AGAIN!!! I was on hold for 40 min.!!!! & When the woman came on the line she tried to tell me the same story..AGAIN!!!! That they didn't take My Money off the Credit Card!!! UGH!!!! So Needless to say I am Still fighting these people to get My Money!!!!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!
