I just received the same Express Notice that the other are talking about stating that I have won a prize total of $2,5636,092.23 asking me to initial 4 questions, sign the form and send $20.00 as a transfer fee in the form of cash, check or money order payable to FAA. They also provide an account #7431033015 that had been established in my name to facilitate the transfer of a complete accounting of prize funds due. I am also told to make reference to this number on all correspondence with Financial Acquision Agency.

Firstly, if this were real I would think they would use a better form of informing the person than a standard letter. They also provided a postage paid envelope addressed to Processing Center, PO Box 527800 Miami, FL 33152-9962 for use in returning the signed form and money.
