On March 24,2012 I ordered 17 t-shirts and two packs of stickers for my son's first birthday party ($190.09). I did not receive a confirmation e-mail and checked with my bank to see if the order had gone through. My account showed the charges pending so I emailed All Personally Yours to let them know that I did not receive an order number or confirmation e-mail and asked them to resend it. I also called the number on the web site and got a recording that the phone number was out of service. I then googled the company and found several web sites with hundreds of complaints against this company. The following Monday I called my bank and tried to cancel the order, I was unable to file a dispute because the funds were still pending and hadn't yet been taking out of my account. I sent several more emails to All Personally Yours (all un answered) and filed a complaint with the BBB. That Wednesday the charge was not showing at all on my account and I thought that they had canceled my order as I requested in my emails or in response to my complaint with the BBB. Two weeks later April 9,2012 , I was checking my bank account on line and saw that All Personally yours was attempting to debit my account again. I contacted my bank again and this time was able to file a dispute, also at the recommendation of the fraud department at my bank I had to cancel my card so that they would not be able to access my account again. I am still waiting for the bank to finish it's investigation and as of right now I am still out $190.09. All so when I place the original order I had added in the not section that I would need the shirts for April 15,2012 it is now April 14,2012 and no shirts/stickers! I really wish I had seen all so these reviews before I placed my order! I can't believe that this company is still allowed to do business! Shameful
