I got the following info from Payl who investigated my claim

I ordered Naot sandals from Rios Shoes which advertises online. I never received the sandals, but the cost was deducted from my PayPal account. After instatuting a claim, the seller provided proof of purchased to PayPal, but PayPal did not share this info with me. The seller does not accept credit cards, only PayPal.
PayPal suggested that I communicate with the seller. I have 3-4 times, no response! I have been scammed out of $57. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
