Having taken an IQ quiz through Panda Research I was suddenly signed up at $9.99 per month through my cell phone. There was no warning when you were asked to enter your cell number. Fortunately I was able to contact my carrier and have the charges dropped. Quite a scam PANDA!

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we hope to settle this for you as quickly as possible. We were able to locate the information for the fee on the first page of the Evaulation screen. It is at the bottom of the screen and stated the following:

This content ranges from $9.99 - $19.99 per month and will appear on your carrier phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance. Can you please provide us with your referral link? This will allow us to pull up your account without the broadcast of your personal information, as we do want to protect it. Once we are able to bring up your account we will then be able to review your account information, payments, and payment requests.
We also have an email Support Ticketing system where members can ask questions via email and receive answers to help them understand issue's where the reply's go to the members email Inbox.
